Can. Dark brown, creamy head. Aroma: sweet, caramel, tea, esters, wine, herbs. Taste: sweet, caramel, chocolate, herbs, wine, a little yeast, strange.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Appearance: opaque deep brown with a small beige head of medium retention. Aroma: toasted malt, dark chocolate, bread, prunes, spicy hop, slightly smoked. Taste: light sweet, medium plus bitter. Toasted and roasted, coffee and chocolate, smoke, prunes, floral and spicy hop. Mouth feel: medium plus body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: a good old-school imperial porter.
