Appearance: Fogge deep gold with a small off-white head of low to medium retention. Aroma and taste: Fermented apples, red apple skin, malic acid, slight funk, alcohol. Pretty dry. Medium sour. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, average plus carbonation. 'Overall: Interesting. Not easy to drink to be honest.
