Appearance: Fogged pale amber with a decent off-white head. Aroma and taste: Biscuit malt, honey, oxidized notes, resin & pine, somewhat catty. Light sweet & bitter. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: A matter of compromise.
