Draft at Bree Louise, London. ahazy light golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples, leading to a tart finish.

Cask (handpump) @ The Bree Louise, 69 Coburg Street, Euston, London, England NW1 2HH.Clear medium yellow to orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100801]

From tap at Bree Louise. Aroma is dry sulphorish and crisp apple fruity fruity. Bone dry and apple fruity flavoured. Bone dry and slight bitter to acidic. Dry sulphorish note too. Bone dry finish.
