Sample at the taproom. Clear yellow-straw color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Citrus, wheat and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Above average straightforward Berliner overall.
