Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, malt and hops.

Bottle. It’s a clear one, dark amber body and a small, dense, light beige head. There’s some anise in the aroma, along with caramel, brown sugar, dried apricots and some yeast and alcohol on the nose. Quite pleasant but nothing extraordinary. The flavor is sweet and fruity with a spiced note and some alcohol. Quite warming actually. A bit sweetish, caramel-ish, but still quite dry. Medium to full body. It could use some more bitterness in the end. A decent attempt at a Belgian style beer, but I’d rather spend my money on some of the classics available in Denmark at Christmas time. 110624

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy to hazy amber with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty and spiced. Dark caramelish, sweet and light bitter to floral. Sweet and lingering fruity. Smooth and easy.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a creamy off-white head. Caramel and spices in the nose. Medium body, sweet and perfumy, delicious fruitiness, a little low in carbonation. Warming finish. Delicious. 130211

Bottle. From Oil and Vinegar Århus. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy very spicey aroma. Nutmeg and cinnamon notes. Light sweet and moderate bitter exstremely spicey flavor. Cinnamon and ginger present. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, light roasted, light to moderate hoppy, spicy, light to moderate yeasty, phenol, star anis. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, yeasty - phenol, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101207]
