500ml bottle from a Morrisons online shop. Clear amber, small off-white head, thin retention. Aroma is caramel malts, a fruity raisin like note. This follows on in flavour, with a slight dry bitter undercurrent balancing off the sweet malts. Smooth light to medium body, a little cloying to the palate, moderate carbonation. A decent bitter.

500ml bottle from Dartmoor Brewery. Clear amber, good white head. Trad amber territory, caramelised biscuity English malt vibes. Eco quencher.

Krydret bitterhet i avslutningen.
