Tap. Golden, slightly misty, faint foam. Aroma: esters and spicy, apple seeds, dried apples and pears, candies. Malty taste, candies, sweetish, fruity, winey, apple seeds, pear, dense, warming.

Appearance: Clear deep gold with a small off-white frothy head of low to medium retention. Aroma and taste: Overripe apples & pears, apple seeds, candy, malt, warming alcohol, distant grassy hop. Light sweet, low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: Full minus body, soft carbonation. Summary: Fitting the style. Not bad, No awes.
