Fresh Double New England IPA, based on lots of Hallertau Blanc hops (30 grams per liter of beer). Dank and savoury, dry but silky and full bodied, with decent bitterness.

Appearance: Hazy ochre yellow with a decent off-white head. Aroma and taste: Floral & herbal, citrus, tropical fruits, white wine. Light sweet, medium bitter. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, average carbonation. Summary: Not bad.

Tap. Hazy dark yellow with a slight green tint, white foam. Aroma: herbs, citrus, fruity, a little toffee and white grapes. Taste: citrus, herbs, white grapes, currant and grape leaves, a little resinous, original and specific.
