Bottle. It pours a more or less clear body, golden in color, and with a minimal off-white head. The aroma is is slightly vegetal with a generic fruityness and grains doing most of the work. Some cheesy notes after a while. It’s rather carbonated, medium body fullness. The flavor has some acidity, it’s fruity and slightly grainy, and with some bitterness. Short, acidic and fruity finish. Not the typical Oktoberfest and not very succesful. Rating: 4-3-4-3-8-2.2. 101105

On tap at John Bull, Aalborg. A hazy, amber colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. Milkysour, almost lemony nose with hints of caramel. Sour and acidic flavor with dried fruits and some maltyness. Medium to thin on the palate. Even though it’s certainly off, there’s some soft of refreshing qualities here. 111008
