33cl bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard clear amber, smooth offwhite head. unusual aroma of herbs, tea, ginger and flowers. flavor is herbal, mld, bitter, ginger, flowery. quite herbal bitter. One of those herbal beers where i get to think... what’s the point?. Well.. Tick!.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting , March, 2011. Pours cloudy copper with an off white head. Fruit, herbs and spices. Ginger mainly. One dimensional. Medium bodied.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Unclear medium orange color with a average frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, moderate to light light heavy ginger - flowers. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, light candy sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101127]
