Tap. Dark brown, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, cookies, chocolate. Taste: not too sweet, caramel, burnt, cookies, chocolate, dryish finish, strong.

Appearance: Cloudy deep brown with a large beige frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Dark malts, esters, bread crust, biscuits, dried fruits, vinous notes. Taste: Light sweet & bitter. Rich malts. Toast, chocolate, biscuits, esters, bread crust, dried fruits, vinous notes, sufficient hop. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Good.
