Mohawk Blizzard is an extreme beer. It is brewed with ten malts, dark cane sugar and honey, as well as eight different varieties of hops. All this to help with complexity, while providing balance and elegance. Drink now, or save a few bottles for next year and see how the layered tones of fortified wine and nuts adds a further dimension to this beer.

Bottle. Chocolat, nuts and smoke notes. This beer may gain from ageing, but its very unbalanced when fresh.
