Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of gritty roasted coffee, pure chocolate, licorice, malt and caramel. Taste has pure chocolate, gritty roasted coffee, licorice, malt and some vanilla bean. Good one.

Bouteille 75cl de Garage Beer Co. taproom, BB 06/2019. De couleur noire, col fin crémeux café au lait, le tout laissant un léger filament doré et huileux au verre. Arôme met de suite en avant des effluves plaisantes de café avec un malté généreux de grillé, de douceur vanillée, fin chocolatée. Le bouquet reste assez direct et frappe fort avec le café et tout au niveau du malt. A cette fin, le houblonné semble plutôt absent. Palais est épais et définitivement une bière de dessert, le tout est très généreux avec un café bien mis en avant, épaisseur de bouche venant du malté et grains - petite amertume en toute fin de bouche entre houblonné et café. Par rapport à une crème catalane, cette bière a un caractère café plus avancé alors que à l'habitude on a droit à plus de notes caramel-cristalisé. Le tout est à partager à plusieurs.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee, leading to a bitter finish.

(Keg at Panema Kallio, 20180719) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee beans and sweetness. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, sweetness, ash, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A decent burnt brew with strong coffee notes.

Bottle @ tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Caesar. Opaque pitch jet black color, average to medium sized dark brown colored head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, heavy huge coffee, espresso. Damn.

Bottle @ benzai. Black with a large brown head. Smells compost, earthy, roasty, coffee, coffee grounds. Tastes roasty, sweet, some coconut, coffee, chocolate, nice. Medium to full body, soft carbo.

Draught @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2018. A total coffee overdose with some sweetness, roasty malts, chocolate, espresso, mocha and hints of vanilla. Quite tasty.
