Appearance: Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma and taste: Fermented apples, funk, vinous notes. Light sweet & sour. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Pretty drinkable.

Tap. Straw-colored, hazy, white foam. Aroma: sweet apple, slightly sour, slightly soaked apple. Sour taste, fresh apple and soaked, sparkling, not bad.
