Appearance: Opaque deep brown with a small beige head of low retention. Aroma: Dark bread crust, dried figs and dates, roasted barley, treacle, distant hop and nail polish esters. Taste: Medium sweet and bitter. Dark bread crust, dried figs and dates, roasted barley, a lot of hop in the ending. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Overall: Decent.

Tap. Almost black, good creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, black bread, chocolate, pies, dried fruits, a little dough. Sweetish taste, caramel, burnt, burnt brown bread, wine, a little bitterness, not bad.
