Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aroma and taste: Fermented apples, vinous notes, distant leather. Mediuk dry. Light sourness along. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: OK

Bottle 75 cl. Golden-straw color, hazy. Aroma: sour, soaked apples, apple juice, a little yeast. Taste: sour, soaked apples, dry, yeast, a little metallic, not bad.
