Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a one finger tall beigr creamy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Roasted barley, toast, esters, chocolate, New World hop, Taste: Light to medium sweet, light bitter. Roasted barley, toast, esters, chocolate, New World hop, Mouth feel: Soft palate. Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Summary: Nice.

Tap. Dark brown, creamy coffee foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, prunes, wine, chocolate, slightly smoky, rich. Sweet taste, caramel, chocolate, wine, brown bread, a little dried fruit, very good.
