Tap. Nice bronze-red color, clear, with yellow foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, plum jam, a little bread, burnt sugar. Sweet taste, caramel, pie crust, a little burnt sugar, clean, smooth, not bad.

Appearance: Clear chestnut brown with a good beige head. Aroma: Toasted malt, burnt notes, treacle, dried apples. Taste: Light sweet and bitter. Toasted malt, slightly roasted. Hop, chocolate. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Not bad.
