Tap. Amber, clear. Aroma: slightly spicy, malty, esters, higher alcohols, apple and pear. Dense taste, malty, spicy, not very sweet, candy, pear, apple, well attenuated, strong, good, but very dangerous.

Appearance: Near to clear, amber colour, one finger tall off-white frothy head of low retention. Aroma: Candy, caramel, spicy Belgian yeast, apples & pears, light phenols. Taste: Light to medium sweet. Dryer ending. Candy, caramel, apples & pears. Somewhat spicy. Some alcohol. A little grassy hop. Mouth feel: Full body. Flat to soft carbonation. Summary: Controversial. Not bad though.
