Bottle. Pours dark brown with a shortlasting tan head. Vinous with a taste of dark friuts, red currants and chocolate.

Bottle. Pours black with a thick off white head. Some lacing. The aroma is sweet of dried fruit, port and burned caramel. The taste has a rich malt profile, it’’s sweet like chocolate and grain, a little smokey with hints of some vegtables. The aftertaste is not as sweet, in fact it’s rather laid back with some saltiness to it. The texture is a little sticky, but not over the top. "Stable and serious" I think this will be a world class beer after some years in the cellar!.

Bottled. Clear brown color, short head. Aroma of raisin, caramel malt. Raisiny taste, bit sweet. I like it, although it is a bit unbalanced.

Bottle from Peckhams, Glasgow. Deep, copper red in colour, with a big white head and slight carbonation. Aroma of caramel, barley sugar and red fruits. Chewy malt flavours, with some orange fruit and toffee. Finish was dryish with warming alcohol. Very enjoyable.
