Tap. Dark brown, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet and expectedly caramel, slightly burnt sugar and chocolate, slightly sugary. Taste: sweet, very caramel, slight sourness, plum jam, salted caramel, a little butter, for dessert.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a moderate beige frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Caramel, wafers, chocolate cake, dark malts, dried fruit. Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter. Massive caramel, salt, wafers, chocolate cake, dark malts, dried fruit, hop. Mouth feel: Medium plus body. Average carbonation. Summary: Decent stuff.
