Tap. Brownish-amber color, slightly hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: smoky, little peat, smoked malt, smoked cheese. Sweet taste, malty, smoked, but moderate, peat, not bad, especially for food.

Appearance: Cloudy amber with a one finger tall off-white head of medium retention. Aroma: Burning wood, ash, toasted malt, light insulation tape. Taste: Light sweet, smoked. Toasted malt, wood, bacon, ash, some hop. Light ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Light body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: A bit weak. Otherwise OK.
