Appearance: Cloudy deep amber with a two finger tall ivory-coloured head of medium retention. Aroma: A lot of smoked things. Bacon, cheese, wood, some peat. caramel. Fruity notes. Taste: Pretty smoked. Light sweet and bitter. Bacon, smoked cheese, wood, some peat. caramel, hop. Fruity notes. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: Pretty good.

Tap. Bronze-amber color with chestnut, slightly misty. Aroma: very smoked, smoked cheese and brisket. Taste: sweetish and caramel-rich malt, smoked, smoked ribs and brisket, smoked cheese, very good!
