Tap. Golden, hazy, good white foam. Aroma: sweet, spicy, malt, pear, apple, some herbs. spicy taste, malt, yeast, a little apple seed, light sweetness, bitter finish.

Appearance: Cloudy gold with a decent white frothy head. Aroma: Spicey Belgian yeast, floral notes, malt, citrus, distant apples and pears. Taste: Light sweet and bitter. Spicey foreground, malt, citrus, floral notes, apples & pears, grassy hoip. Dry hoppy ending. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: Decent Saison.
