Appearance: Cloudy chestnut brown with a one finger tall ivory-coloured frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Smoke, wood, bacon, cheese, caramel & toast, hop, distant insulating tape, Taste: A lot of. Light sweet and bitter. Pretty smoked. Pedigree wood, bacon, cheese, caramel & toast, floral hop, dried fruits. Distant esters. Mouth feel: Medium body, fine carbonation. Summary: Cool stuff.

Tap. Brownish-copper color. Aroma: very smoked, smoked cheese and ribs, other smoked meats, light sweetness. Taste: dense, smoked meat, fatty smoked ribs, smoked eggs, best with BBQ.
