Tap. Yellow, completely clouded, white foam. Aroma: very sour, vinegar, feijoa, mint. Sweet and sour taste, mint, feijoa, a lot of vinegar, specifically for amateur.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow to green with a small off-white frothy head of low to medium retention. Aroma: Feijoa, wild yeast, vinegar, vegetal notes. Taste: Heavy sour, light sweet. Dominant vinegar, feijoa, lactic and vegetal notes. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Interesting, Slightly unbalanced.
