Tap. Brownish-orange, cloudy, almost without foam. Aroma: spicy, tomato pickle, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, salted fish and a lot of spices. Moderately spicy taste, sweetness, vinegar, sauce, lime, chili, garlic, noticeably salty, turmeric, powerful and tasty.
