Appearance: opaque deep brown with a one finger tall beige head of decent retention. Aroma: roasted barley, chocolate and coffee, cream, spices. Taste: medium sweet, light bitter. As described above with additional peppery hop. Mouth feel: medium to full body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: solid.

Tap. Dark brown, almost black, coffee foam. Aroma: very chocolatey, sweet, waffles, caramel, chocolate cookies, vanilla. Sweet taste, caramel, chocolate, waffles, bitter finish, specific.
