Silky imperial stout, aged with oak chips soaked in Portuguese madeira. Bright notes of dark chocolate and slightly roasted coffee, a hint of cream dessert, dark raisins and vanilla, and mild roasted bitterness.

Шелковистый имперский стаут, выдержанный с дубовой щепой, вымоченной в португальской десертной мадере. Яркие ноты горького шоколада и кофе мягкой обжарки, тон сливочного десерта, изюма и ванили, и лёгкая жжёная горчинка.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black, one finger tall tan head of medium retention. Aroma: Roasted barley, toasted malts, dark bread, esters, cookies, chocolate, vinous and salty notes. Taste: Moderately sweet. Roasted barley, toasted malts, esters, cookies, chocolate, some hop. Low to light ending bitterness. Hardloy any oak or whatever but I don't care. Mouth feel: medium plus body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Good.

Bottle 33 l. Dark brown, creamy foam. Aroma: good, caramel, Madeira, oak, prunes, dried fruits, chocolate. Sweet taste, Madeira, prunes, chocolate, oak, dried fruits, soft, not bad.
