Appearance: opaque deep amber with a one finger tall ivory-coloured head of medium retention. Aroma: candied citrus fruits, resin, pine needles, caramel, melon, lovely esters. Taste: Similar picture. Light to medium sweet and bitter. Mouth feel: medium plus body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: not bad.

Bottle. Dark amber colour, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, fruity, grapefruit, hay, toffees and raisins with dried fruits. Sweet taste: caramel, toffees, raisins, candied fruits, light dried fruits, a little oak, medium bitter finish.
