Appearance: Hazy deep yellow with a large white frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Catty hop, tropical fruit, lemon, white wine, malt, distant onion. Taste: Light to medium sweet and bitter. Catty hop, tropical fruit, lemon, white wine, malt, warming alcohol. Mouth feel: Medium plus body. flat to soft carbonation. Summary: Undercarbonated. Otherwise good.

Tap. Golden, slightly blurred, white foam. Aroma: floral, lilac and acacia flowers, citrus, kiwi and gooseberry, good. Taste: pure, citrus, kiwi, gooseberry, lychee, pleasant bitterness, good.
