Appearance: Straw yellow. Near to clear. small white head of low retention. Aroma: Beeswax, honey, vinous and spicey notes, buckwheat, meadow flowers, overripe apples, light alcohol. Taste: Medium sweet. Not as comples as the aroma. Honey, meadow flowers, vinous, fruity hints, brandy, warming alcohol. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, flat to soft carbonation. Summary: An interesting experience.

Tap. Very light, light straw color, almost no foam. Aroma: sweet, honey, wildflowers and others, fresh and interesting. Sweet taste, interesting honey, flowers, a little citrus, warms, good.
