Appearance: Golden, almost clear, moderate white frothy head of low to medium retention. Aroma: LIme, coriander, pine, wheat bread, crackers. Taste: Light sweet, light to medium sour. LIme, coriander, pine, wheat bread, crackers. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body. Average carbonation. Summary: Good Gose without tiresome fruit adjuncts.
