Tap. Dark brown, almost black, coffee foam. Aroma: esters, caramel, a little dried fruit, wine, raisins. Strong taste, caramel, esters, dried fruits, slightly smoked, wine, bitterness, not bad.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a good beige head of high retention. Aroma: Roasted barley, coffee, toast, esters, cookies, citrusy hop, vinous notes. Taste: Moderately sweet, Medium plus bitterness. Highly roasted, coffee, dark chocolate, prune esters, massive New World hop, vinous notes. Long ending hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Good. Rewort is getting better with strong dark beers.
