Appearance: Foggy dark amber with a decent ivory-coloured head. Aroma: Caramel, vinegar, dried apples and pears, funk. Light sour and sweet. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: OK.

Bottle. Dark amber with bronze colour, clear, ivory foam. Aroma: sour, but moderate, caramel, esters, dark dried fruits, berries, prunes, red wine. Sour taste, winey, berries, a little caramel and dried fruit, not bad.
