50 cl can. Brown with copper colour, hazy, noisy yellow foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, milky toffees, vanilla, whisky, esters, dried fruit muffins, blue raisins, prunes, port wine, oak barrel, rich and very pleasant. Taste: slight sweetness, caramel, toffee, dried fruits, sherry, vanilla, whiskey, raisins, dried apricots, very vinous, excellent balance, pleasant carbonation. Very good.

Appearance: Cloudy deep brown with a small fizzy off-white head of low retention. Aroma: Dark malts, toffee, oak tannins, vanilla, whiskey, dried figs and dates, distant nail polish. Taste: Light sweet, well established oak barrel. Dark malts, toffee, oak tannins, vanilla, whiskey, dried figs and dates, distant nail polish, hop. The hops appear pleasantly blended into the described picture in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Summary: Good.
