Appearance: Cloudy yellow to orange with a tall off-white head of perfect retention. Aroma: Meadow flowers, camomile, leathery and spicy farmhouse yeast, malt, hay, grass. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter. Meadow flowers, camomile, leathery and spicy farmhouse yeast, malt, hay, grassy hop. Lingering hoppy ending and aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: Good.

Tap. Dark gold with orange, hazy, white foam. Aroma: spicy, malt, flowers, chamomile, a little phenolics, slightly sour and fruity. Dry taste, malt, cookies, herbs, chamomile, a little pear, bitter finish, interesting brew.
