Appearance: Cloudy deep gold with a decent off-white head. Aroma: Phenolic yeast (leather and horse blanket), malt, esters, spicy notes. Taste: Light sweet malty start. fruity, spicy and phenolic middle leading to a grassy ending. Light to medium hop bitterness. A sourish note as well. Belgian yeast and hop in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Enjoyable.

Tap. Golden amber, hazy, white with yellow foam. Aroma: pils malt, wheat and banana, slightly spicy, light sweetness, phenols and esters, such as pears. Light taste, spicy (towards coriander), malt to roll, pear, apple, candy, mild bitterness, not bad.
