Tap. Light straw colour, clear. Aroma: sweetish, rather honey, a little spicy and herbs with flowers. Taste: spicy, herbs similar to thyme, honey, not bad.

Appearance: Clear palest yellow with a large white airy head of low retention. Aroma: Honey, white whine, thyme. Taste: Light plus sweet, honey, vermouth, thyme, white wine, woody. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: Acceptable.
