Draft. An unclear brown beer with an orange shine under an orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel and grain as well as a bit of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown with a small dense and tan head. Rather malty to caramelish aroma. Roasted malt, breadish and caramelish flavoured mixed with crisp and solid bitterness. Lingering roasted malty and bitter into a dry finish.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and opaque dark amber with a small off-white head. The aroma is discreet but has a little fruit, nuts and caramel. Medium body, extremely fruity with an exotic edge - perhaps also some overripe fruit and caramel. There’s a slow hop build-up but there’s some distinct hoppiness. Nice. 211010
