Bottle at Nya Tröls, Malmö
Dark amber color with red shades; small head. Hoppy aroma, nice but not very fresh, with a light nutty touch, caramel and resins. Dry mouthfeel, weak body; dry caramel flavor; strong bitterness, but hopping without qualities. The final, not supported by a malt backbone nor by aromatic hop, is purposelessly strong and boring. I wonder if the beer is not fresh: the bottle has no date.

Bottle from Charleston Beer Exchange. Pours ruddy amber with a decent bubbly off-white head. Aromas of rough malt and floral/citrus hop. Med+ body. Frothy carb. Flavor is bitter. There’s a very rough malt underlying some some citrus and floral hop. Don’t know if it’s the malt or the hop, but something has a pretty strong flavor component. Definitely worth drinking.

Bottled@Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel and crystal malts meeting some pleasantly balanced fruity and floral hops and mild biscuity tones as well. Flavour is catpiss, some floral hops, mild biscuits as well as some sweet, but bready malts. Enjoyable IPA.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Amber golden, lightly hazy with a beige head. Plenty of caramel in the nose, appears lightly oxidized. Medium-bodied, sweet caramel and some licorice all-sorts. Lightly bitter finish. Not exactly a grand IPA. 050211

Bottle 12fl.oz.Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, malty, malt dusty, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peel - acrid bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101101]

An orange amber IPA with a thick creamy moka head. In aroma, nice peppery hops with light biscuitty notes. In mouth, a dry crisp IPA with English hops, bitter, not a lot of citrus, good. On tap at Great North Carolina Brewers Fest., August 28 2010.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is dry wooden and mild peachy hops. Bone dry and rather malty flavoured. Breadish and mild fruity. Bitter and roasted into a dry malty. Slight bitter and roasted finish.

Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear copper colour, rich but brief airy head. Citric grapefruit aroma. The very clean malt feels rather sharp. The concentrated grapefruity hops brings plenty of resin with it. Dry and fairly light bodied. Almost inky bitterness. Much too clean and hard.
