Cask (handpump) @ Henrys, 28 Cambridge Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England S1 4HP.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, chalk dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100424]
