5/8/2018. Bottle from Karstadt Frankfurt Zeil. Pours lively mid gold with a short lasting sparkling head. Aroma of cooking apples, and a hint of caramel. Moderate sweetness with medium sourness. Light body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Fair.

Dark golden colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have some sweet apple and light floral notes. Sweeter than average. Light sparkle.

Süffiger, mild säuerlich apfeliger Beginn. Geringe Karbonisierung, die Säure bleibt konstant, weder zu trocken noch zu mild, süffig. Reife Äpfel im Mittelteil und zum Ende. 8/9/11/9/10/10

Der Cider hat eine klare goldene Farbe und mittelmäßig viel Karbonisation. Geruch nach reifen Äpfeln, säuerlich, leicht trocken. Geschmack nach sauren Äpfeln, die Säuerlichkeit lässt aber schnell nach, danach wird es süß und trocken.

Light golden in colour. The cider has a very fruity nose. It starts quite dry and a bit watery. Not too much flavour. The mainpart is tart-fruity, slightly watery, sour apples, nice and highly drinkable. The aftertaste is medium, a bit watery, fruity-apples.
A bit watery, but ok and easy drinkable. --> 7/12/8/8
