Appearance: Cloudy gold with a moderate white head of medium retention. Aroma: Pale malt, apples with seeds, Wheat bread, overripe pears. Taste: Light sweet, fruity. Wheat bread, apples and pears, a bit of spicy yeast. Grassy hops and a tiny phenolic hint at ending. Light plus bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: An enjoyable session beer.

Tap. Light golden, slightly hazy. Aroma: fresh, slightly fruity, yeast, slightly sour, a little banana and pear. Malty taste, pear, a little spicy, a little phenols, slightly sour, light table beer.
