Tap. Milky yellow color, cloudy. Aroma: very strange, guava fermented, coconut, esters, fruity. Sour taste, guava, coconut, a little cider, a little sour, a little weird.

Appearance: deep coral colour with a large frothy head. Aroma and taste: guava, coconut, some apple. Moderately sweet, light sour. Balanced. Mouth feel: medium to full body, average carbonation. Summary: surprisingly pleasant.
