Appearance: hazy deep brown to black with a large beige head of good retention. Aroma: sour infection, dark malts, distant hop. Taste: relatively dry, malty and hoppy. Roasted barley, ashes, dark chocolate, citrus hop. Pretty bitter hoppy ending. Mouth feel: light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: a decent imperial stout in bad condition.
