Dark amber color, cloudy; medium sized creamy head, a thinner layer of which is quite persistent. The aroma is mild, with sweet wood, caramel and very light smoke. The body is well structured, also because of a fair residual sweetness; there is caramel flavor with a touch of smoke and fresh wood, delicate. The bitterness is minimal, it blends well with the rest, and the final is mostly based on the sweetish caramel. Easy but pleasant.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Comes a cloudy amber with a huge and frothy off-white head - comes gushing. The nose has caramel and Bamber-style smoke - really intentional? Medium body, very sweet caramel and fruit and again a distinct smokiness. No bitterness. 250810

Bottled, thanks Bov! Lightly hazy amber, huge head. Fruity smokey nose. Sweet and soft, medium bodied. Light ashy smoke flavour, salty finish. An interesting, unusually fruity smoke beer.
