Tap. Dark golden, hazy, slightly yellowish foam. Good aroma: cider, fruity, apricot, peach, apple, pear, a little berries, interesting. Fruity taste, slightly sour, apricot and peach, a little sour milk, even a little passion fruit, apple, cider, cool stuff.

Appearance: Cloudy deep yellow with a medium-sized white head. Aroma: Apples, stone fruits, lactic acid. Taste: Light to medium sour, light sweet, fruity, prevailing apples. Mouth feel: Medium body. Average carbonation. Summary: not bad but pretty basic.
