Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Sean9689. Pours an almost clear golden with a lacing off-white head. Very sweet and citrusy nose - great aroma hops here. Medium body, very dry fruitiness, somewhat astringent finish with some perfumy hops. The Brett doesn’t come out that strong. But still incredibly fresh. 241010

Jimmack Invitational’07, shared by lou18, thanks I really did not think i would get a chance to try this. Color is lightly murky golden. Aroma is very grassy-green Belgian yeastiness. Taste is a bit more traditional straight Belgian sweet yeastiness. Still has a lot of herbal-grassy flavors though. No brett at all, no sour, no funk.

An orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is quite acidic with notes of lemon and grapes. While the flavor is sweet and very malt with a subdued spicyness. I’m intrigued by the difference from aroma to flavor.

Thanks to JohnC for sharing this at Noogfest. This forms a lively white head over a hazy gold body. Sweet malt in the aroma is joined by some spice. The light palate delivers a tart beer that turns dry quickly. Overall sour, perhaps a papery touch in there somewhere?
